Why would anyone use anyone else

My signs turned up as promised and they look great, the carrier rang me to say could he leave them in my post area,however they didnt fit but he still left them in the rain but they are waterproof so i guess it doesnt matter too much. The signs are well made and apart from a small bubble on the face of one of them they are great. I hope this doesnt lift.
