I bought the Purple Rain (614) set for my niece for Christmas. Crownbrush was recommended to me by a beauty student so I'm sure the quality is top notch though I obviously haven't tried it out myself. The product looks great, well packaged etc. and even better quite reasonably priced, even considering shipping costs to Ireland. All good stuff, however what stands out to me is the top rate customer service experience I received. I'm specifically talking about Ellie Simpson who responded both promptly and thoroughly, never leaving me in doubt that my order was important and being looked after. Online shopping can be an uneasy experience at times, especially for those who prefer to deal with people face to face and even more so when shipping from outside of the country and with a deadline like Christmas looming. Thank you for making it all so easy, I will certainly be back again and will recommend to my friends.
