Very fair and efficient customer service - restored credit from a lapsed account

I read all the reviews and purchased via TopCashBack. Subsequently I allowed my account to lapse, without first requesting payment of my earned credit.

Contacting Customer Service, the situation was rapidly explained and a workaround indicated. Without delay, they made it easy for me to collect my old credit.

Without hesitation this was my best customer service experience of 2012.
