Very reliable company,

Hi. I have received my kids Farm Mat and it is great as was the Road Mat my Son purchased.
Had a few problems with checkout, my payment would not complete with Paypal so I paid direct debit. After 30 minutes delay Paypal paid my payment, how I do not know considering I had not completed a checkout. So I paid twice.
Emailed the company straight away, they contacted me with a very nice email saying they would refund my Direct Debit payment which they did immediately. Cannot recommend The Rug House high enough, Efficient, friendly, honest, cannot ask for more. THE RUG I PURCHASED IS GOOD QUALITY AND A GOOD PRICE FROM A VERY FRIENDLY COMPANY, Thank you very much.
