I have recently ordered a 3 seater electric recliner and a single recliner chair. I was informed of dliverey and amdecarrangements to have loung window removed and old suite removed.
The delivery lorry arrived with one recliner chair a lamp and occasional table. I was told id have to wait until February 2013 for my new couch. Their lorry drivers do not load or check manifest fir what is on the wagon. The driver was quite embarrassed when he arrived.
My wife is dusabled wuth spinal problems and cannot use a manual recliner. We have family coming from abroad fir xmas and left with no furniture.
Csl have arranged fior a loan couch but its manual so not ideal.
They didvas a one time only goodwill gesture give me back 30 pound delivery but this goes nowhere near compensating me fir the inconvenience being caused.
I have telephoned customer service who have explained the manager has advised i go into store and pick another one. Its all work on my part and as its 19 december now i doubt id get delivery before xmas and i have no more leave to take to be in for the delivery.
If i knew at time of sale what i know now i would NOT BUY FROM CSL
The complaint continues and i have advised them i will be writing here. I have given them opportunity to address issue but they have not even had courtesy to keep me updated,
