On Saturday 3rd December i spent £78.01 on three items from oneclickpharmacy however the website claimed that all products were in stock. Checked my account on there web site and it showed only 1 item was in stock. I emailed for a refund on the 2 O/S items which was done that (i was happy). But 11 days later and still no giftset for xmas. Pissed off is the word i am thinking of. Tried ringing the customer service department and no answer after 20mins of being on hold. Also emailed the director no reply, even there LIVE ONLINE customer sevice is a load of SHITE!!!! Hope the company has a shit christmas!
