Good service, friendly and efficient

Quick delivery. Unfortunately on 2nd occasion of use there was a wierd screechy noise coming from vac. We rang up and gtech arranged collection of vac and it was returned quickly. No message came with return so we are not sure whether it was repaired or replaced - it would have been nice to know whicH. Hope it now works well without any unusual noises!
