I can't say anything bad about the product or its quality and i've purchased few items from HR already. I wish the product itself would go along with customer service & support. The fact there is no number to call here in the US after having your market expended to North America is a bizzare bussines decision. No person i know is willing to call abroad and incur long distance charges to have a chat with customer service rep. The online chat service on their website is slow and it feels like the operator is talking to 10 other people at the same time. I took me 30 min. to get my point acorss with the chat operator resulting in being asked to call the customer service. It's a pitty becasue they could compete with big guys like Kohler and American Standard but not without proper customer support. I hope and wish they will improve.
