I like the product. Poor customer service.

I can't say anything bad about the product or its quality and i've purchased few items from HR already. I wish the product itself would go along with customer service & support. The fact there is no number to call here in the US after having your market expended to North America is a bizzare bussines decision. No person i know is willing to call abroad and incur long distance charges to have a chat with customer service rep. The online chat service on their website is slow and it feels like the operator is talking to 10 other people at the same time. I took me 30 min. to get my point acorss with the chat operator resulting in being asked to call the customer service. It's a pitty becasue they could compete with big guys like Kohler and American Standard but not without proper customer support. I hope and wish they will improve.

I have attempted to contact you by telephone to discuss this experience. We are very disappointed to find that you were chatting to someone live on line who has then requested that you ring our offices. This is wrong and if you can send a copy of the chat transcript we will take this matter up for you.

We do reply to all email messages on the site within 24 hours of receipt and we always strive to help you when you encounter a problem with our products.

We do always offer to callback our customers if they wish and this option should also have been proposed to you.
