Happy to recommend to others
I've used Interparcel on multiples occasions and I've generally found them to be very good. I had one little issue at Christmas when a parcel wasn't collected on the chosen day but I understand that was due to unprecedented demand and there was no lastiing issue. The website is easy to use and I can always call customer services if need be.

Good prices but poor and slow customer service
I found two sets of taps that I after on their website at a very good price. I rang to enquire that they were in stock. I was told that if that was what it said on the website then that was the case. So on this basis I went ahead with the order. I received confirmation of the order and waited for a delivery date. A week later it still hadn't arrived so I emailed the company. I received a response within a few hours saying they were checking with the supplier and would come back to me in 24 hours. No one came back to me so I emailed again. It took another 3 emails and a further week before someone responded with an equally useless message about checking with the suppliers. I eventually received a message to say they were being sent and they did turn up a day or so later. I haven't fitted them yet so can't speak to the quality of the taps but the service received was poor, slow and I wouldn't buy from this company again, despite the good pricing.

Good service, great prices, happy to recommend to others
I ordered 3 Mira items, a shower enclosure, shower tray and mixer shower (which they didn't actually have on their website). The price paid for all 3 was considerably lower than other websites and they even lowered the price of the mixer shower when I showed proof it could be found cheaper elsewhere. The delivery time on 2 of the items was very quick and despite the third item turning out to be out of stock at Mira they went out of their way to track one down and get it sent. I am still waiting to install the items in our bathroom so can't comment on those as yet but I am very pleased with the service received and Katie Wharton in particular was very good at keeping me informed about developments. I would definitely use them again.
