Everyone raves about how simple and easy it was to set up a policy with PYB, however, This 'simple' set up comes at a price!
I had my phone stolen and 3 weeks on I am still waiting for the case to even be considered, even though all paper work has been sent away and the phone blacklisted, which may I note I had to do myself; This I didn't have to do with my other insurance.
I keep being called to 'add missing details' which I have already told them (on the phone for an hour and a half explaining) and most recently, they EMAILED ME, to get ME, to CALL THEM, because THEY WANTED TO TALK TO ME! Ridiculous if you ask me. If they needed to speak to me they should have called me.
Now after many phone calls between them and myself and the operator things seem to be moving, however I am considering taking this further as it is completely unprofessional. Plus at every turn they try to trip you up. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. But that being said, which big company can you trust these days. Once my policy is over I shall be moving somewhere else.
