Exceptional - 10 stars - would recommend and use again

I ordered and received a CD / speaker special (plus free cable!) from HiFix. On opening, the one speaker was damaged so I mailed HiFix who promptly replied offering to both arrange for Parcelforce to collect the damaged speaker set as well as sending a replacement set. I phoned HiFix and spoke to Matthew to confirm arrangements - he was incredibly helpful, efficient and spoke in a clear voice (a welcome change!) and not only arranged for the faulty speaker/s to be collected the following day, but personally organised for the new speakers to be sent to arrive at the same time - which they did, at 09-45 the next morning ! I reckon that deserves the best service award medal!! Am delighted with the service and with my fab new system. Excellent - 2nd order with HiFix and the first was all perfect and delivered the following day too. Highly recommended :-)
