order dispatched late but actual delivery was fast

made an order for napkins and invites which was eventually dispatched after 8 working days .. 3 days later than the 5 working days they state .. and I suspect only after I called to ask why my order has not been dispatched. was invites were ready but waiting for napkins before being sent .. think they should haveddispatched whatever was ready to ensure at least some of the order met the protected dispatch time frame.

to be fair order was dispatched pretty quickly after my chase up call .. but I shouldn't have needed to call in 1st place
