Our account manager, Adam Pickrell, was attentive, prompt, and extremely helpful. He provided, in excellent time, samples, proofs, prices, usually within 24 hours of a request being made.

The only recommendation I would make, an actually for FlashBay rather than Adam is that whilst the sample packs are very eye catching I think it would be better to group the flash drives together in order that the options are less broad. I certainly had a fair idea of what I needed from reviewing the website. It would be useful to have the option of viewing some of the more expensive samples too, as we certainly would not be prepared to purchase them at the higher prices without laying eyes and hands on them.
