I dealt with Shanj Siva when ordering a batch of customised USB Flash Drives with our company logo on them, she sent through the documentation promptly and I found her to be very helpful. Once i had approved the proof and settled the invoice we received the order in just over a week, which i thought was a very reasonable turnaround time.
