Found website very easy to use-tyre service was courteous and functional. Only disappointment, and I am used to Audi servicing and repairs, was that the new wheels did not look like new (they were) but this was because the garage didn't clean them up after they had been fitted, so when I picked up the car, I didn't get the shiny new look that I was expecting.
I dreaded having to deal with such an administrative problem, having seen the correspondence I was getting from my pension companies, and the number of decisions I was being asked to make, and the forms that needed filling in and sending back.
On speaking to Key Retirement Solutions, they sent me my first pack and made it very clear as to what I was required to do and what the decisions that needed making were. My contact, a lady called Kelly Halse, was always there to help when needed, and the follow up by her was excellent, such that if she said she would get something to me, or chase pension companies, I just sat back and waited for the phone call or mail to arrive. Excellent follow through from beginning to end. In all it made what appeared to be a very complicated process, very easy to follow.
