First class service and very prompt delivery

Ordered fins, mask and snorkel for my 8 year old just to add a little something to her Xmas stocking. Order was taken and a confirmation email sent, however, I was starting to get concerned 2 days later when I hadn't received a "shipped" email. I needn't have worried as the package arrived the following day... 3 days in total from ordering to delivering to Ireland. Great service from Watersportswarehouse.

My only recommendation would be to send out a "package shipped" notification if possible.

Thanks for taking the time to review our service, we try very hard to maintain a high standard. I'm not sure why you didn't receive ane email confirming the despatch of your parcel as one is normally sent as each order leaves our warehouse. I think a gremlin must have been at work on this occasion, anyway, hope you have a great Christmas.
