I found the initial delivery within 24 hours great, the product was well packaged, however the perspect seat I received had a fault. The customer services team were very polite on the three occasions I spoke to them and they actioned any requests quickly and professionally. I received a replacement seat within a few working days, however could not assemble it due to missing parts. Replacement parts were sent however the wrong ones! They sent out more parts, but again the wrong ones. I was not impressed at this point that attention to detail was lacking on checking items before despatch, something which should be common place and is quick and easy to achieve. I ended up buying the missing items from my local DIY! Overall it took two weeks to try and get the order fulfilled. My feedback was acknowledged by the customer service team within an hour of my e mailing this too them. Just some simply double checks for quality assurance is all they need to have a winning formula! Simple really! My daughter loves the perspex chair, its really funky and is a big hit with her friends too.
I have been pleased with the choice, cost and delivery i have recieved to date from the company. However i was dissapointed and confused this morning when completing my order that the price i was bening quoted after discount when ordering changed when i actually went to the checkout page.
The initial discount indicated 10% off the whole order however on compleing the checkout it only applied the 10% to the most expensive item more than halving my discount. I am still pleased with the purchases but it is very misleading to qoute 1 price through the ordering process to then charge a different one when completing the order.
