Absolute waste of oxygen!

So this isn't all a bad dream?! I have never IN MY LIFE of almost 60 years so far encountered such a bunch of hopeless, incompetent and probably dishonest buffoons as this lot. They claim to have made attempts to deliver some bed board bases I ordered from a decent Ebay supplier a MONTH ago. The tracking number shows they keep going back to a depot. When I ring it's that useless automated service where you need a number from a card - which they have never left. They claim to the seller to have tried to deliver 4 times but there has been someone in 24/7 for 3 weeks now and they have NOT rung the bell or called at any time. I'm sending a report to Watchdog, who have already investigated them for gross incompetence.
