A SCAM SO PEOPLE WILL PAY FOR A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME,
hmmm i wonder what watch dog will make out of all these comments below, as it appears that the drivers are pushing customers to upgrade to get the parcel on time by not delivering at all.
Please please do not use this company they are wasters...after waiting in two days and still no package because the delivery driver cannot press a buzzer out of being lazy and cannot read two yes 2 A4 signs left on the door saying......COURIER PLEASE PRESS THE BUZZER FOR FLAT 2 THANK YOU + MY MOBILE NUMBER
Two days lost and utter frustration, so i will either see you bobby or westcoast ltd in small claims

Ps What makes this worse is that Debra Wheeler from WESTCOAST LTD can actually defend and encourage this business practice by saying DPD is an outstanding courier company LOL
