Almost good service

I ordered a Panasonic Lumix. FZ200 & was soon phoned to confirm order & asked whether I wished to also order an extra battery. I stated Okay but when my parcel arrived there wasn't any spare battery as ordered.
It then took a 50 minute phone call before it was finally resolved! A battery is now on its way with some extras thrown in for compensation.
I will say everyone I have spoken with have been very helpful & courteous & would recommend this company to anyone.
