been a customer since 2006, but the last 2 orders i made i have had problems. especially the last one. I bought a graphics card which i returned as faulty, the fan speed would not increase and the card was overheating. their "Tech Support" tested it and said it was fine it was not overheating, and returned it to me. didn't refund the postage, charged me for checking and returning it!. i fitted it and had the same issue. this time i phoned and the "Tech guy" who was arrogant, said it was tested and found to be fine. i explained it was not and have screen shots to prove it was'nt. he said it was not compatible with my x58 chip set motherboard!, or i was making it over heat!! . in the end he reluctantly agreed to have it picked up again, i tested it in a z77 chip-set in the mean time, and had the same result. eventually they tested it and sent a replacement which so far is working fine. No apology, nothing. i even had to email the to chase the refund for the original costs i had to pay.
if you can get it on amazon,dabs or ebuyer get it from there. i would only buy from them if i couldn't get it anywhere else. the place comes across a being run by a bunch of kids.
