I have been with 3 for nearly 3 years now, first year they were okay, hard to understand due to accents and they talk very fast but it was bare able. After that it just became ridiculous. They are only interested in keeping you on the network not what you actually want. When I have to ringing, which I try to avoid, I get passed around from person to person, last time I had to ring them I didn't get what I wanted until I rang the cancelation team, then they were quick enough to get things sorted. Many of times they have said they will ring me back and never have, which is frustrating when you are trying to get things sorted. Nothing but trouble and I can not wait to leave!!!!!!!!
