Brilliant product: Fantastic customer service

I bought the GTech AirRam in November and found it to be fantastic, Although it is very light it does an excellent job.
I was so impressed I ordered one each for my son and daughter. (at 20.27 on 5/12) There was a special offer on the battery, however I noticed that I had paid the full amount for them so I contacted Customer Services who replied at 09.24 on 6/12 and the refund was in my PayPal account within a couple of days. Thank you
Also I received the goods within 3 days of my ordering them. Well Done.

All in all an excellent product and great Customer Service. Highly recommended
