I recently ordered an upgraded memory card for my netbook which arrived next day. On installation it did not work so I used the returns procedure and received a replacement very promptly which, on installation, worked fine.
The returns procedure is simple and easy, the company couldn't have been more helpful, the issue was resolved without any problem at all and minimum inconvenience.
I consider the customer service to be first class and couldn't recommend them more highly. For a product that cost less than £8.00 the attention to my my particular problem was excellent. ( I have received far inferior customer service from other companies for products costing much more than this! )
I would gladly recommend Mr Memory to anyone.
