Absolutely Hopeless

I ordered boots from your website for delivery to Italy which you told me you could do, then when I had paid for my order, you told me you could not after all, cancelled my order, refunded my money, then sold my boots to someone else. These were the last pair in my size to be found anywhere. So now I have no boots and I think your company is a total dead loss and will say so in my outdoors magazine and video blog.

Hi Dawn, I'm sorry that you feel we let you down. As I explained in my email, we are unable to ship to Sicily which is where you wanted the delivery, not Italy. I spoke with your friend in Wales and discussed sending your order with free delivery to her so she could forward them on to you. I even gave her weights and measurements of the parcel so your friend could get a quote to send the parcel on to you. The boots are available on the site and I would be more than happy to send them to your friend. Alternatively we could send them to you when you reach a country that our system is able to deliver to. Just let me know what would be easier for you.
