i had ordered an oakley crosslink that comes with extra temples . firstly they sent ti with deteriorated lens coating that looks as it is scratched and without the extra temples. when i told them about that they asked me to return it back to them in order to solve the problem . htey told me that the are gonna order it again and it will take 2 months . after waiting for these 2 months they send it again without the extra temples though they solved the lens problems. when i contacted them they told me that they sent the extra temples . finally i kept ti with me losing the main feature of this frame which is the extra temples .
the second part is that
after i had written the first part they contacted me and told me that they had contacted oakley and they will send me an extra temples .
it ends really wel though some inconveniences.wonderful customer service. thanks eyewearbrands
