OUTSTANDING - Just what I've come to expect

This was my third time of using P2G and I was not disappointed. I had to get Christmas presents to family as other routes had failed. I know from past experience that P2G are very helpful and on time with little to no fuss; a polite and efficient service.
I had an On-line chat to SARAH to get her advice on a "Wednesday AM" delivery - The chat was so fast and SARAH was most efficient [I've used a few chats] and it was all so very easy. On line booking was a breeze. On Tuesday morning the driver arrived and to my surprise made a delivery [from the same address to which my parcel was going] and collected my parcel at the same time - none of this "I'll be back later to collect" The driver was so polite and helpful; fast and efficient too and absolutely no fuss. I had a text message from the recipients shortly after 09:00 the following morning to say my delivery had been made ~ WOW!! Spot On! I don't know where the delivery drivers come from but the are so polite and helpful unlike most of the driver we get. Customer service from P2G was and always has been for me FAST & VERY EFFICIENT [Thanks SARAH :))]. Will certainly use again and I ALWAYS RECOMMEND PARCELS TO GO.
