Excellent Customer Service

I bought a Samson Meteor microphone from Music Matters via their eBay store. The microphone turned up promptly but unfortunately was faulty. I contacted customer services to report the fault and was highly impressed by the polite and efficient way my problem was dealt with. Within a week I had received a replacement item. It could have been delivered even quicker but I chose this day as I would be at home to sign for the item.
Highly recommend.
