Perfect. Always dependable. Will use again.
This has been my third time using Amazon and they have been superb yet again. Received my order on the Monday after ordering on the Sunday! Amazing! And that was free delivery too. I'm not sure how they do it but they do it well.

Website could be better. Staff okay. Happy with the store.
I found the website a bit confusing. The stock Information, delivery and collection options didn't make sense. The staff on the phone were okay but I felt like I was a nuisance. Went down to the local store instead and was happy with my purchase.

Perfect! Excellent Customer Service & Products.
I ordered 3 new pet beds on Monday lunch time. They were on my doorstep 20 hours later! The pet beds are excellent quality and such a good price. I had a question that I needed to ask before I could order them. The customer service lady was very polite, helpful and friendly - even asking about my dogs. Highly recommended indeed!
