Awful experience

I ordered photo book at beginning on 4th December to give plenty of time for a Chistmas gift given that Albelli boast a 7 day turn around. Had not received it by 17th so phoned to see what was going on. I was told they would phone me back. They didn't. Phoned again on 18th to be told it would be dispatched "today or tomorow". Phoned again on 19th and was assured I would still get it by Chistmas. Phoned again on 20th to be told that the cover I had ordered was not in stock and it would be dispatched when that cover came in. I was told that they could not put an alternative cover on as it had to be the one I originally ordered and that customer services had only just discovered what the poblem was. Customer Services were consistently sarcastic and unhelpful. They have now agreed to refund my money but that does not get me the book I had odered as a Chistmas gift - the recipient of which will only be in this country for 5 days over Chistmas. During the last converstaion with customer services, during which I was not rude or abusive at all, they cut me off.
My advice, based on my experience would be DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
