Disapointed this year

Have used you for many years now and when I tried to oder the flowers I wanted this year it said that they could not do that type to the post code I had entered even though have sent those kind of flowers for the past few years. told to chose some others but did not say which ones could be delivered so just had to try and order another and another and another untill I found one that said I could order

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies for any confusion. We have released our new courier and postal delivery ranges this year which are available to order via our website. However, delivery is restricted to mainland UK address at present and so you may not have been able to order these particular items for certain addresses.
