Rubbish

Order stuff from Amazon and it never arrived. The status said it delivered in a safe place but nowhere to be seen around the house. I raise the issue why they delivered in safe place since I am home on that day all day and no one knock on my door. I believe parcel should never ever delivered in a safe place unless you instructed to. Normally other courier will leave it to neighbor and leave a note on the post box or take it back to redeliver it. I also have asking my neighbor too if by any chance my parcel was dropped on their house. I got so frustrated dealing with Yodel and contacted Amazon to cancel my order since I want it for Christmas present. Amazon deal with it very well. They issue me refund also passing my complain to their transportation department. I do hope they get rid of Yodel as I never know when order stuff from them which courier service they use. This is my first time had parcel delivered from Amazon by Yodel as I recalled. And I was so unlucky.
I had parcel delivered by Yodel twice before from other companies but I have no problem since it was requiring signatures so they cant mess around
