I can't believe that you took delivery of stock on Tuesday and even though you had orders waiting you still hadn't processed them by Friday.

Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for any problems you have had with your order.

When your order was placed on 20th May there was a note on the advert to advise that the item was currently out of stock and it was due back in any day week commencing 20th May. This would have also been noted on your order confirmation email. The container arrived at our warehouse on Thursday 23rd May.

On the shipping and returns section of the website it states that items over 35kg are usually dispatched with our own drivers or a third party delivery service and you would be contacted via email with a delivery date within 1-7 working days of your order. I can see that you ordered a Pool table weighing 86.5kg. You were then emailed on 28th May confirming that your order had been dispatched with one of our drivers and the delivery would take place on 31st May 2013 in line with the shipping conditions.

Everything good! Little more organisation needed.

Easy to use website, quick delivery. The information said we would receive a text message to give us a delivery slot. Unfortunately we also received a telephone call at 7am on Saturday morning which woke the whole house! The message stated the machine would be delivered between 1400 and 1800hours. We were just about to leave the house at 10am when the van turned up at the end of the drive! Nice delivery men, very efficient and helpful.

Hi Elizabeth, I am so sorry to hear that we delivered outside the time slot. We aim to make every delivery hassle free for our customers. Sometimes our delivery drivers run in front or behind scheduled and it may come outside the time slot.
