Disgraceful Service

I ordered the Product on Friday 14th December and paid the extra £4.99 for express 2-4 day delivery as it was a secret santa gift that was required for Friday 21st December. Product still not arrived on Thursday 20th so sent an e-mail to enquire about its whereabouts. To which i recieved the following e-mail:

"it appears the Leeds Golf Ball & Tee Set could not be found in the warehouse, and we have no more stock coming to us.We apologise for the inconvenience, but will cancel the order unless you wish to choose another product."

Absolute joke!!
