I've ordered things that have come through Yodel several times. It is a miracle with all the complaints on the internet that any company still uses them. My first order through Yodel came before the assigned delivery date. The driver did not leave a card for me to rearrange delivery. The second day, I received a phonecall from an unknown number which I didn't answer. Turned out to be the driver calling (while driving) from around the corner to decide whether or not to deliver. Again, no card, no actual turning up at the door. 3rd time lucky.
I sit here now having taken a day off for another delivery that was guaranteed before midday, 2 and a half hours late. When will businesses hold them responsible and stop using them?
