Not exactly what I expected to be delivered
The flowers were well received by my secretary and delivered on time. However the picture which she emailed to me did not exactly match the website photo of the New Princess Bouquet.

Thank you for your feedback. We allow our florists to make minor substitutions to our designs based upon seasonal availability and the stock of the florist on the day of delivery. However, we insist that changes remain within the style, colour scheme and value of the arrangements chosen by our customers.
This may mean there is a little variation from the images shown on our website although we would expect the delivered flowers to still closely resemble these images.
