Delivery was quick, i was not able to be in to receive my parcel and so chose to get it delivered to a neighbour. However, no delivery confirmation was posted through my door and no email/text was received to notify my of delivery which meant i had to wait another day after delivery for my neighbour to return to check if the item had been received. I understand this is the carriers fault and not that of Havens. Furthermore, i ticked to option for free Christmas wrapping. The wrapping skill of whoever is appointed this job needs addressing, as it was not very neat and i had to re-wrap it. Just a bit of practice on finishing the ends and you're there.
