I placed a large order on 5th Dec - well before the deadline to arrive before Christmas. BCS called me on 19th Dec to tell me there were delivery problems, and I almost certainly wouldn't receive my order before Christmas. They offered me a full refund, which I didn't take as I want to receive the goods. They then offered me a 10% discount voucher to be used against my next order. I haven't received this yet but presume/hope I will at some point. They were polite and apologetic, but need to sort out their delivery as more than 20 days from the UK to Greece is unacceptable, particularly when they'd guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
