Pretty good service, samples delivered the day after ordering them

I've just ordered a range of sample tiles after having tiles delivered last year, the service was quick last year and delivery of the samples this year has also been very quick. Only slightly problems was that on both occasional the samples arrived broken so could maybe do with being packed a little better.
Would be useful to see an image with an example of tile colours in situ rather than just an image of one tile, but it's a minor complaint really.
Overall a good range and good service.
