Okay product, horrendous service - will not buy from again!

Despite a '3-5 day delivery' estimate, My order didn't arrive until over 2 and a half weeks later - and even then, I only suspect it's because I sent a complaint to their customer service address, as the parcel magically turned up the day after I emailed them. No response to that email, either. I wonder what would've happened to my order if I'd not decided to contact them!

An abhorrent level of customer service, ensuring that I will look elsewhere in the future.
