Extremely bad, first encounter!

We had order a parcel a week ago, and on the day I of coarse could follow the step by step of the delivery, it never showed up. I was shocked to see it say : Delivered, and I received a text telling me about it some hours later. I was home looking out the window ( I work there ) all day waiting, so I did not miss it.
A couple of days later we had to reorder the item, and it arrived here in Brighton 10:38. Well, I could follow the deliverance process again, and about 13:xx it said I had received the package !!! Well as like last time, I was home looking out the window and no parcel people came ( deja vous ) I contacted them again, and they could not tell me anything..... They have no idea of who is driving what where apparently.
Ridiculous!
