I needed help tracking my necklace and customer service was wonderful in helping me.

I was worried I wouldn't get my necklace in time for Christmas so I called to get my order tracked, and Diana helped me out greatly. She was very sweet and caring and I received the necklace in time to give to my granddaughter for Christmas. I'm sure she will love it. Thank you Diana and thank you all for everything.
