Very quick service with a christmas discount

The survey was completed very quickly and there were some unexpected things which come out of it. However his estmation was very closed to what I did after just veiwing the house with an estate agent. I was hoping that the surveyor would find out a bit more about the property, rather the only visual observations. But he was not able examine most of the stuff because It was covered, and advice to seek a specialist advice. Apparently there were a lot of covered stuff in that house

Unfortunatelly, the surveyer missed out couple of important thngs, like that "porch" was actually an extention and as such needed both Building regs and planning permission. And a couple of other builiding works in the house was not noted in the survey as such.

The heating system, which he doomed as outdated, was actually updated a couple of month ago, but it ok.
