Quick service, over priced

Exactly as that, changed from an expensive date (6th Jan) to a cheaper one 12th of Jan, charge 52 GBP, when the terms say 25 admin. All done over the phone though, quick and simple and the ticket was the cheapest I could find when I first booked. It's also a plus to speak to someone straight away on the phone.

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear of your experience with us.

We do charge a fee for amendments, but in some cases the ferry company will add on a supplement for changing the booking as well. This was the case with your booking.

I hope that this doesn't discourage you from using AFerry again in the future.
