Live help was great, spoke to a lady called Jessica who was very helpful.
the only down side is the companies lack of commitment and responsibility to its customers.
Booked several packages on different days, first thing they never collected, so close to 5 pm i got in touch only to be told from a script, collections can go up to 5:30pm clearly not because no one arrived, then had to rebook, and lo and behold no one came and collected, complained and was told , " ITS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE" but they still took my money for next day delivery..
second set of parcels, no one collected come 5 pm i get in touch again only to be told from script " Deliveries can be up to 5:30pm, guess what? no one collected, at this pointy im just about at my wits end, forked out good money for next day delivery, so i complained only to be told again ... " ITS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE"
but wait..... they took my guaranteed next day delivery money did they not??
3rd set of parcels went off on time, but never reached the destination, 6 days and no one can tell me what has happened to my parcels, we will email you when we know whats happening....... i mean if they dont know what happening they should not be in the business...... AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE
SHOULD BE REPORTED TO WATCHDOG HIDING BEHIND " ITS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE" AND TAKING FOR A SERVICE THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING IS NOTHING SHORT OF THEFT!
