I made already 3 orders with MyProtein. In every order client service went worse and worse...
First order was on time and in good conditions.
In second order a big bag of protein powder was pierced and the content was all over the box. Also they forgot to include one expensive item in the shipping...
Then the third order and last one took nearly one month to deliver, when usually takes 10 days. They sent a protected envelope instead a box, so a plastic oil bottle was open and leaking, not only inside of the package but outside with big smelly oily stains. I'm surprised they could delivered this messy thing... That was too much, I don't think I will order again even if the products have good value for the quality.
Who the hell is preparing the shipping???
