Poor service from box2000 and wowcher RE: tablet

I ordered an android tablet on the 4th December and after not hearing anything regarding this i decided to contact both box 2000 and wowcher. I have had no response from box 2000 after e mailing them over 5 times (is this company even real??!) and after contacting wowcher i was given a tracking number.......8 days later after the item was apparently posted and it still isn't here. I wonder if they just give the same tracking number to everyone!
What am i supposed to do now regarding a refund?
Very poor service from both.

We are very sorry to hear that this has not yet been received, Box 2000 have provided track and trace codes for all of their despatched goods which we can confirm are unique to each customer. We are also aware that customers have started to receive these items.
