I responded to their pre-Xmas email offer of 10% discount off the whole store by selecting an item (£350 Vyper Air computer) and leaving it in my basket whilst looking elsewhere for any better offers. Deep Blue emailed me stating that they noticed I had an item in my basket but had not checked out yet, repeating their 10% discount offer and giving me the code. So I checked out, paid for the item but the code was rejected, discount not applied and my follow up email ignored. I posted a negative review and immediately received an invitation to call and the discount would be applied. Deep Blue explained that the discount offer did not apply to computers, but under the circumstances they agreed to give me £35 back anyway. So well done to them for being flexible and listening. Will shop again!
