I purchased 4 dresses for my holiday, they matched the description given so was a straight forward purchase, one of the items look slightly different that the website picture so I returned this and the money was credited to my bank account with in 10 days. One of the items I loved had a button missing and no spare, I emailed Boohoo on 15th Aug and as of the 1st Sep still have had no response as I wanted this dress to taken on holiday and did not have enough time to order another one I had to remove all the buttons and buy 4 gold ones and reattach at my own expense, to summarise lovely clothes and good company to order from, but they should be willing to help when things go wrong!
Fantastic service from music magpie! We have used them a couple of times now and can not knock there service. It does take a while to input all the barcodes so if they could find a quicker way that is the only thing that could improve their service. A few of the cd's and DVDs was not excepted probably because they were Peter Andre so that serves us right for buying that. We chose to send our items to a click and collect store up the road and we had various emails to update us with the status and once the items were che led and my bank details confirmed the money was in te bank 2 days later! I will defo use music magpie again. A few pounds for cd's and DVDs that were heading to the bin. You can't grumble at that
