Simply great service

It was easy to order on their website and my order was despatched quickly and I was given the tracking details. When I hadn't received my order or an attempted delivery they offered to contact the courier for me and sort it out but it turned up that evening. It ended up being a few days late but that was due to the courier not David Shuttle and they were very willing to help get the problem resolved.
